These people are liars! This is a call center, they over promise and under deliver. I spoke with the actual driver who picked up and delivered my truck today for the first time. He said he works with this group as a dispatch. He said he told dispatch on Friday morning that he could not deliver my truck until today, Monday, because he would not have enough hours remaining. That would have been fine, however, the people who I spoke with on the phone told me it would be delivered Friday night "unless the driver ran into traffic", then it would be delivered on Saturday morning. Then Saturday noon rolls around and I call, they said: "the driver was on his way and the truck would be arriving between 4 & 5 PM". When no one showed again, I called and they said they "couldn't reach the driver by phone, that he was very unprofessional for not communicating" - they said it would "definitely be delivered on Sunday". Then when I called back on Sunday, to talk with the "manager", he sent me the "driver's" number and said the driver had a mechanical problem with his truck and that he would deliver on Monday before noon. The "driver" who I spoke with had an Indian accent - I was suspicious of the person they said was the driver, I actually think I spoke with him at some point with all of my calls to the dispatch. I asked the driver where he was when he called me, and he said he had to hang up because it was illegal to talk and drive, but that he would text me his location - surprise, I never got a text. The driver who delivered the truck did not have an accent and he confirmed that he never spoke with anyone from All State to State over the weekend. I never spoke with the actual driver until he called to tell me he would be here in an hour.
They lied about when the truck would be picked up, they lied about when the truck would be delivered, they lied about speaking with the driver on Saturday and Sunday, they lied when they gave me a phone number for the "driver". They have no ethics!
I wasted my whole weekend waiting for a truck to be delivered and if they would have only been honest, it could have saved me all of this stress!
I will never use them again. The cheapest price is not worth the hassle!
