I requested their service for car pick up from Pennsylvania to New Jersey (88miles) on Wednesday 30th May. I was promised the car was going to be picked up the following day but failed, and car wasn't also picked Friday of that week and nobody called me. Copart charged me $60 for storage while the car was being picked up 6/4/2018. When they eventually picked on 6/4/2018, I called to request for driver's number but didn't provide until driver got to delivery locations and I wasn't available. The driver and I had to arrange for another delivery date. Please don't do business with this company. Everything had just today and I had to do this.
