All States Auto Transport, Inc in Miami is the worst company I have ever seen. I call these people to place an order on Wed. to be pick up in Georgia. A lady took the order and 15 minutes later I received an email stated"Your order have been processed!" Okay! On Friday I checked they didn't pick up the car and they closed on the weekend. So I called on Monday and the lady told me your car will be here today or tomorrow. I said that's not true because you guys didn't even pick up the car yet. Than she told me to wait, she came back and told me that my order was pending, I asked why? After that , A man got the phone to tell me that I received the emailed by mistake they never place my order and he can pick it up today or tomorrow. I said okay that was on Monday. Tuesday, nothing I called them oh the driver is there he will pick up today or tomorrow. that's when I got made, I talked to a couple people there all of them said there was nothing that they could do. the driver will pick it up. Wednesday, Nothing. All States Auto Transport has a lot of people but none of them knows what there are doing. I will not use them again. the worst I have never seen. very bad service.......
