After the order was placed, all phone calls were originated by me. Calls were never returned. Request to keep me informed were never made. No driver was ever found for my order until the day after the "no later then" date. The driver then wanted $75 more than the quoted price. I had to make other arrangements. A five star rating does not guarentee five star service.
