A word to the wise, buyer beware while using brokers. I had a delivery set up for a month, they could pick up at there convenience and drop within 3 days for me - Florida to New York. I set called several times to confirm, always everything Ok. As I was literally leaving to go to the airport to fly to NY and meet them, they called. The called at 4:15 pm when I had a flight at 6:30 pm and said they couldn't do it, that's it they couldn't do it.

The only thing they said is they won't do it and they will return my down payment. i told them not good enough I expect restitiion and then exclaimed, "What are you going to do?" Turns out I ended up spending $500 more to have someone reputable to do the delivery, couldn't do anything.

My advise, if these ingrates are cheaper, don't do it, pay more and avoid all business transactions with the likes of them because they are not upstanding business individuals, period.

I apologize Mr. O'reilly that we didnt get the job done for you. We always try our best to keep everyone happy but not every transport can go perfect. I gave you a reasonable price that could definitely get the job done but it wasnt on your time and I undestand the frustration with our company but as you can see we never run into a problem like we had with your skid loader. We had a driver to do it for $300.00 dollars more but you declined to take it. We learned from this situation and will make sure to do better on those certain types of transports. I apologize again and hope the next transport you do will be less complicated and so do we.
