This carrier wanted $50 more for your shipment. We always call before it goes on the truck so you are aware that the carrier will be charging $50 more for the shipment, so there are no surprises. The extra amount goes to the carrier, not to us. If you did not want to pay the carrier $50 more, we told you we were willing to look for a differnt carrier but you refused this option. We are sorry you were not happy but your screaming and abusive behavior towards our staff was unacceptable. We were just telling you what the carrier was asking, for this highly impacted route. Even with the $50 more that the carrier was asking, it was still the cheapest rate you could find.
