Booked company 6 weeks early for motorcycle transport. Company knew that bike had to be picked up by specific date (though I was flexable for days prior to that date). As date neared, company could never give me a pick up date or confirmation despite contacting them daily for week prior to pick up. Finally, had to cancel, book alternate transport and pay additional $250 to book 1 day prior to pick up.
