All roads express was great. After struggling for 7-8 days with the previous company, they were a breath of fresh air. Within one day of contracting with them(actually within 1hour), I had my car set to be picked up and it was picked up the next day. Unlike my previous broker, all roads express at responded to all my phone call immediately and were very helpful. I had a slight problem where the transport company(Arnold transport) vehicle broke down and was delayed for one day but Durand (and his team) kept me abreast of what was going on. Durand and his team are the best and I wish I had started with them first. Courteous , very prompt and extremely efficient is the best was to characterize them.
