I had to call the carrier to find out when car would be delivered. I was told it would be on a Monday and the driver would call several hours ahead of delivery. I never received a call so I called them Monday afternoon. They said car would be delivered that evening so I had to cancel my plans for that evening to wait. Nobody ever showed or called. I called the next morning and was told the truck would be at my house in 3 minutes - which it was.

Car was delivered safely and appeared to be physically handled professionally. However, I had to sit around for an entire day and evening when all the driver had to do was to call and let me know he would be in one day later. This aspect of the transportation was not very professional and very disrespectful to the client (i.e. "me"). All in all, the car shipment was fine, just the disregard for customer was unprofessional.
