We had some problems moving my antique car across the country but Justin was excellent to work with and he got the job done. The first carrier fell through because the seller was out of town the day of pickup therefore another week went by before Daniel or Justin could find another carrier. The second carrier, Motion Express sent a pick up guy that did not know how to drive a standard shift car and he also showed up without calling the seller. That was very bad as the seller needed a phone call because he was at work...The seller was quite worried and I was concerned too when I heard all that as well. Motion Express would not answer their phone either...so the whole 8 days the car was in transit I was not able to talk to the transporter...That was not good. All in all my car did arrive home safely and in the end all was fine. Justin is very accomodating and listens very well. He's not in a hurry to get off the phone and is genuinely concerned for the customer. I like him very much so and I'd reccommend All Day Auto Transport to anyone. I'd use them again.
