Had to reschedule pickup date three times due to my changing schedule and coordinator was prompt and professional each time. Beware of pricing though, dealing with a broker here. Price quote is an estimate and truck driver may change the price at time of scheduling drastically and with no warning - mine went up $100-$200. Actual transport was excellent however with no damage to car and right on time.
