This client was a customer in August of 2012 and now just left this review 9 months later on their car being damaged. If they are willing to call us we will do everything we can to help you with an insurance claim from the carrier who picked up your vehicle and we do apologize if there was damage. Again this was 9 months ago so it does seem strange to receive this review after so long but you can call us and we'll try to do everything we can to help you if there was damage. 855-269-1288 management
