Absolutely Will Not Use Again

In early December, we received a shipping quote to transport our vehicle after PCSing to our first duty station. We provided a $200 deposit. My mother-in-law had spoken with All Day Auto Transport and provided her contact information so that she would be able to arrange a time to meet the transporter with the vehicle. She followed up multiple times but was told no pickup information was available. Ultimately, several weeks passed without the vehicle being picked up. My mother-in-law was referred to another representative, who informed her that the price would be several hundred dollars more. We were very unhappy about this as we were waiting for our vehicle so I could begin working. The customer service representative I spoke with was very rude and did not attempt to correct the situation. The representative claimed that my mother-in-law was contacted with shipping options during the silent first few weeks. This was not true, my mother-in-law provided multiple phone numbers and did not receive any messages from the company during that time. I was then told our deposit would be refunded but when we did not receive the refund after a few weeks I followed up. I left multiple messages and no one returned my call. Finally, I spoke with a representative who said there had been some problem refunding our credit card; he said that a check would be mailed on Monday, 2/10. He verified our address at this time. It is almost three weeks later and we have not received that check. I attempted to follow up during business hours on Saturday and received a message machine. No one has returned my call.
UPDATE
Still have not received any return calls from ADAT. Was placed on hold by a customer rep after asking for the status of our refund; I was on hold for an hour and then I was disconnected.

We may take this to the legal office on post (we are military).
