August 17th 2012 I called All Day Auto Transport to inquire about getting my Lexus RX350 delivered from Ohio to Colorado. I spoke with Kim and she explained my car could be picked Friday the 17th the same day I called or if not Friday certaintly by Saturday with a delivery date of Tuesday 21st. Wow I thought sounds great! NOT..... Big scam...... I fell for let me put you on hold while I check with my dispatcher. She had no dispatcher all she did was list my car on a website known as Central Dispatch which my car had already been on for over a week for $850 with the dealership I purchased the car from. She was fully aware of this and stated I needed to move the price to $900 to have any chance of getting the car picked up. No pickup Friday, no pick up Saturday, no return phone calls on Saturday, Monday no pick up, Tuesday I cancel with this company after reading so many bad reviews and now they have $183.99 of my hard earned money. No service had been provided and I was completely mislead. The BBB has 93 complaints against this company and they have only been in business for 3 years. Please do not use this company they lack integrity and will decieve you.
