I would definitely use this company again. My only problem was that I was told there would not be a "window" of two days in which car would be picked up; I was told the car would be picked up on my specified date. When I found out the car would be picked up two days after that date, I contacted customer service, and the phone call was never returned, along with an email inquiry I sent. The actual carrier was prompt and courteous, and the car was delivered in excellent condition.
