We had 2 vehicles transported. One from Dallas to Tampa and one from Tampa to Dallas. Same locations both places.

Everything was good to start with. The staff was quick and friendly. We had issue on delivery of the first car where the driver wanted cod for the remainder of payment and we were not aware that cash was needed, but think this had to do with the transport company and lack of communucation but they worked with us and everything ended well. The delivery was on time and the car was in good condition.

We had the 2nd vehicle taken from Tampa to Dallas. This one was ok because we knew cash was needed, the problem was that it was already $100 more than the other car (going exactly same places in opposite direction) which was understood that they had less drivers traveling that direction. When the driving company was secured, we were told that they wanted an additional $50.00. The transport company should have intervened and made sure that this does not happen. Feel that this is out of line when we had already paid deposits for both cars and had a signed contract for the transport amounts. Not good business. But again, the pick up and delivery were fine.

All in all everything was ok and the moving of the vehicles was good.
