DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! 1. The sales manager told me they were a New York Company and they had their own drivers. This is just a sales pitch. They ended dispatching my car out to a Miami company. 2. Gave the other car company the wrong address hoping they would drive my car up for less money. Such hustlers! 3. Poor communication skills and mixed up the pickup date. 4. Promised door to door service when I gave my initial deposit. After giving a deposit, they told me it was not possible for door to door service. I had to beg and yell at lots of people to get the door to door service that was initially promised. 5. They told me my car would be delivered in 3 days and it took 5 days. I could go on further but I think you get the point now...
