With so many options for transportation of the motorcycle scooter, and so many quotes coming in, Michael was able to readily communicate his ability to deliver and for a very reasonable rate. His quote was just about the lowest of eight or ten at $550, but I was getting set up through another broker for a slightly higher fee because of need to ship promptly. Michael made the necessary phone calls to locate his driver/truck to find out how soon he could pick-up. When he called back an hour later he told me that he could pick it up within an hour to an hour-and-a-half.

Although the driver charged an extra $50 to make the pick-up, Michael absorbed the cost out of his deposit, so there was no net increase in cost to me. This gave me a higher level of trust and confidence.

Michael stayed on top of the delivery, and provided me with the ETA. The driver called three hours ahead to notify that he was on the way. Everything worked according to plan. The scooter was delivered sooner than I had originally had hoped, for as much as 50% less than some quotes.

Again with so many options out there, it's hard to know who's good, who's honest and who can deliver. Michael with All Coasts Transport delivers, you can bet on him.
