Price quoted was $ 3,966.00 with no addational charges.
Well that's not true.
Boat was contracted to be picked up in a timely schedule.
It was 32 days late and cost me a additional $ 195.00 for storage at the boat yard.
Michael stated that the driver of the trailer would pay for all storage fees.
Well when the boat finaly arrived in new jersey the driver would not off load the boat due to surprise escort car driver charges of $ 330.00 additional dollars.
So lets start added up all the extra charges.
$ 195.00 storage & $330.00 for escort cars leaves me out an additional $ 525.00
Michael stated that he will get my money back from the driver.
Well good luck on that.
Phones quit & no news

Dear Mike, I have been a broker for a while now and I have worked with different people. I also do not have many reviews because I have never asked for one. I have done everything possible to make you happy as well! I explained you from the beginning the procedure of how your vessel is going to be transported and I gave you the price of $3,960.00 from Fl to NJ(the price as far as you and Jim told me was still about $800 less than any of the others quote). By the way, most of the brokers would give you an ESTIMATE instead of a quote and will charge you for FUEL SURCHARGE plus TAX and HANDLING FEE. I did not. The order has been placed on 01/10/09 12:13 pm. The boat was NOT ready to be shipped before 1/21/09. I was very clear in telling you that the only transporter to transport this size of vessel will be available in about three weeks or maybe more. You said there is no rush, because you will not use the boat during the winter anyway. After you placed the order online, I gave you all the information about the carrier (name, phone number). You were able to communicate with the driver during the whole period. I also notified you once the boat has been picked up. Later on, after the boat has been delivered, you called me and left me a message that the driver charged you $195 storage fee(the fee has been charged by the marina not the driver) and $330 for escort. I had no idea that the driver called you BEFORE, the day he picked the boat up and told you that there will be an additional $330 fee for escort. Everything that was a misunderstanding in this story was between you and the driver. The driver says that you AGREED to pay that fee however, neither you nor the carrier notified me!!! I called you several times and kept you informed about what is going on with your vessel but how was I supposed to know about the escort fee if nobody told me? In your review you say: Michael stated that the driver of the trailer would pay for all storage fees. I am Michael and what I said was that we had a contract and you should not have payed any extra fee for escort! I also said, in case you want to file a claim or take the company to the small claim court, you will have my support and I will do my best to help you get your money back. Regarding the storage fee, first of all your contract clearly states that ALL COASTS TRANSPORT does not guarantee a specific pickup or delivery date. However, as far as I know there was also an agreement between you and the driver that the boat has to be picked up before March 1st to avoid any storage fee. The boat has been delivered in February so the driver kept what he promised. After all I am really surprised that you posted a negative rating. I completely fulfilled the contract and did not charge you a penny more that the contract stated. By the way, my phones are still working and my email works as well but you never contacted me. Please contact me and I will do my best to have your problem solved.
