The truth of the matter is that Michael is a very sweet guy. I called him two weeks ago to arrange the shipping of my husband's Harley(which is his " baby") and it took less than 2 days for the driver to come and get the bike. We requested a quote for an open carrier, but Michael arranged it to go on an enclosed carrier, for the same price. My cousin in WA said that the driver was very professional at picking it up. I was not home when my husband received the bike, but he was also very pleased with the way the bike was handled. The shipping company called us before arriving to make sure that one of us was available. This is a great service!
