Last month there was some good news and bad news. The bad news was, I found myself in a situation where I needed to buy another car much sooner than I was expecting. The good news was when my dealership let me down after advertising they would deliver my vehicle as part of the Covid-19 touch-free sales experience and then told me they wouldn't, I knew what to do. I called Kevin from All-Coast Auto Transport and told him straight-up, "Kevin, I need your help." He was very sympathetic to my situation and as always immediately went right to work, giving me all the information I needed right away in order to get started. He was able to give me both a quote for one vehicle I was looking at out of state and then update it to the other dealership I ended up having to choose that was in state--both turned around extremely quickly. I never had to wait on Kevin for any information during the process. All of my delays were either in dealing with my financial institutions or the car dealership. Once my dealer finally confirmed receipt of the payment after I had gotten back to them all of the paperwork, the most stressful part of the car buying experience was over. I had barely begun to check my messages when Kevin let me know he had Multiple insured and experienced drivers waiting to hear back on this transport for my car, and that one had been selected local to the city where the dealership is located to pick up the car. I was given an ETA as to when to expect the vehicle which had come down from the original 1-2 day estimate to literally the same day that afternoon. To the minute, the driver arrived on time with my vehicle in great condition. That part was over in a matter of seconds. Just my signature and ID provided and right after that, I had the keys to my new vehicle. It was terribly upsetting the circumstances under which I was forced to look for a new vehicle, and the communications process with dealing with the dealership was typically subpar. But Mr. Kevin Gauthier was the same consummate professional that he always is and it was very clear that he was doing everything in his power to make sure I understood everything from top to bottom and always had the latest information about everything. I absolutely never was left wondering what was going on. He always made sure to keep in touch, stay in touch and personally guarantee that the entire process would go through smoothly. And it wasn't a fluke. This is the second time that the All-Coast Auto Transport was able to move my vehicle for me with the world-class service that I wish I could get from every company with which I do business. I cannot recommend them enough.
