I have worked with Denise on several occasions in shipping cars in the past. The Broker I used years ago always lowballed me and then the came back to say the driver wants more money, I got tired of being BS'd all the time, plus I never spoke to one same individual at that company. It was always the "dispatcher" the manager etc...never seemed to get the person I actually booked with. Denise is patient she explains the pricing and how they look at the whole picture, size of car , route popularity, if the car is inop or runs etc. She does not just throw some random # out saying she can get it done. She will help to get it shipped at the lowest price she can but never makes a promise she can't keep, And I like the fact she is the "only" person I communicate with the entire time in the process. Great service , great company and great experiences every time!
