Ms. Pamela Nichol of 7159 South Darango Drive Las Vegas Nevada 89113 signed our terms and agreement within our website. All Coast Auto Transport provides a security link on our website to ensure first and foremost that the client has the ability to upload their own information via our site to avoid having to give their private information over the phone to our representative, this also gives each client the opportunity to review all of our documents before placing an order with our company. Within our agreement it clearly states due to circumstance beyond our control such as but not limited to inclement weather, mechanical breakdowns, road construction, remote pickup or drop off locations, difficult or limited lanes of travel, etc., we cannot guarantee pick-up or delivery on a specified date and or time by the assigned carrier. When Ms Nichol placed her order she did not have a firm address for delivery, however we worked with many carriers to gain a dispatch for Ms Nichol for the 23RD. The carrier assigned to the transport was willing to pick-up the client car on the 23rd which was within 3 days before her first available day for pick-up; however he did request an additional 50.00 dollars upon delivery of the vehicle to pick-up on Monday which the client requested. When the dispatch department explained all of the details regarding the dispatch she agreed without hesitation and even made reference that she understood because she was un-sure of the street address for delivery and she wanted the vehicle pick-up Monday not Wednesday the 23rd, the Carrier agreed. As far as we were concerned at All Coast we were happy the client agreed and the driver was willing to pick-up the vehicle based on Ms Nichole request. When the carrier tried to reach Ms. Nichole over the weekend to secure her pick-up for Monday he was unable to contact her after leaving her voice mails he called Ms Nichole first thing Monday morning knowing how important it was for her to be pick-up and she hung up on the driver. The driver called us Monday morning and asked that we try calling the client; however after many attempts to contact Ms Nichole, we were unable to reach her. All Coast had to pull the load back from the carrier and absorb a back-load fee. All Coast Auto Transport is closed on Sundays so John our rep did not know that the client called him or emailed him as he was not in the office on Sunday. All Coast as well John our rep worked on this order and never was compensated due to the back-load fee absorb by our company. We never heard back from Ms Nichole until we viewed her review on transportreviews.com. At no time did Ms Nichole cancel her order. As for using the word retarded, I BELIEVE THIS REVIEW SHOULD BE REMOVED, This is a very offensive term and should never be used by any individual. It is times like this that make you want to work even harder to address the real issue at hand. This woman is very offensive and does not care who she hurts along the way. I hope that all of our customers that we service and make it to this website prove that we pride ourselves in our business. Unfortunately I do not think there would be any transport company that could make this woman happy. Let alone that fact that she uses such terrible terms that would be hurtful and offensive to many readers. I truly hope that transport reviews removes this review based on the content Ms Nicole used in her review.
