I received a phone quote of $950 less a $25 firefighter discount. So a total cost of $925. Then the written quote showed up, it was for $973. When questioned I was told there was a computer glitch but this was the final price and would not change. It took 15 days to get my vehicle picked up for transport. When the dispatchers finally got it on a truck the price raised again! It was now $1200! So much for their "price beat guarantee". Their price became the highest that I received from over a dozen transport companies. When I asked the driver about All Coast Auto Transports $25 firefighter discount that they had passed onto him, he laughed at me. I don't blame him, what kind of company would pass on their discount to another party. I will never use this company nor ever recommend it to anybody.. When I questioned all of this with the company. I was told that Gene was making computer errors, was 2 months to retirement, or that their hands were tied and nothing could be done.... Protect yourself!
