My Nissan needed to be moved from Alabama to California and I first chose a company that had the lowest quote. Not only was my car never picked up, but the representatives were rude. When I first spoke with Kelly from All Coast Auto Transport and told her about my situation, she was very understanding, friendly, and knowledgeable and was able to help me with everything I needed. Helen, who was my representative in dispatch, was able to get my car booked WITHIN TWO HOURS of signing up with the company. Although I know this is rare, it was amazing! I then referred a friend to All Coast, who also was incredibly surprised and happy with the company. I will ONLY ship with All Coast Auto Transport, and I will make sure every one of my friends will do the same. Thanks again Kelly and Helen and everyone with the company. I've never been more satisfied!
