We were told that the company was going to have a driver in the area on a certain day so we decided to go with this company. STUPID MOVE!!!! Not only was there not a driver in the area the car was never picked up after that. We have been trying to talk to someone for over a month to get our $200.00 deposit back,which was to be refunded (by our contract) if the car was not picked up. They have never called us back and we don't think they ever will but we will call every day until they do. Don't fall for their SCAM. If they get $200.00 from everybody they get a deposit from and never deliver and never try to refund,WHAT A MONEY MAKER!!! We plan to call the Better Business Bureau and make a complaint. It seems that Kathy Stevens, who set it all up, doesn't exist now.Go with Coastal Auto Transport. They came through for us with excellent service.
