Looking at other reviews on this site, I was a little skeptical of sending my vehicle off with some unknown company. Compaies do this, that, hold your vehicle hostage, dont deliver on time etc. etc.
Experience with All American Transport was throughly professional. I had a short time for pickup and needed someone to assure me that my Toyota Matrix would reach California on time. I out the request out on Friday for a Monday pickup. Many agents called me. All except 2 promised a lot, but did not answer queries when I asked them to send copy of contract.
Leo contaced me on phone and promptly told me that it is going to be difficult and gave me a quote. Looking at the constraints I had to pickup within 2 days he said he will call over the weekend.
Sure enough he called and collected my information. By monday afternoon, I had the carrier V & K Transport finalized and vehicle picked up. Vladimir, the driver, promised me a delivery on Sunday.
I was able to reach him and Leo on phone for followups and tracking where the car was. Sure enough the car was in san Jose early morning on sunday as promised. Just as I had given it.
Thanks to the great service by Leo and Vladimir, I would gladly refer All American Transport Company and V & K transport for cross country auto transports
