LIARS, UNETHICAL BUSINESS TACTICS!!

I gave this company my information on 3.17 and was advised by MIKE that my card WOULD NOT be charged the deposit until I signed and sent a contract back to them. However, they charged my card the next day. I even sent the contract back UNSIGNED ADVISING THEM I WAS NOT USING THEM.. Well I spoke with Juan on 3.19 and told him I didn't sign anything and wanted a refund. He advised me that I would be given a refund and my order should not have been sent out. (my info was on the dispatch board within 2 hours of me talking to MIKE) Even though I had not confirmed anything. I assumed all was well because they said they would refund my money.

Well I called another company and set up arrangements with them to have my truck picked on the 3.23 or 3.24. I called FIL and told him they would be calling and confirming with him a pick up day. (he had no idea about me cancelling with ALL AMERICAN) Well in 3.23 a man called my FIL and he picked up my truck, several hours after that the actually company who I agreed to work with called my FIL to confirm pick up arrangements. My FIL called me to tell me what happened and I told him that he gave my truck to the wrong people and I had no idea who these people were who had my truck. He gave me their info and I spoke with them they advised my they got my info from a fax ALL AMERICAN sent them on 3.19. The same day I spoke Juan and was told I would be given a refund.

The man was already on the CA/AZ border. So I had no choice but to continue on with them. With the actually company that I agreed to use they weren't suppose to deliver the truck sooner than 4.1 because of personal reasons. Well this company said they would be here 3.28 the lastest. I was very stressed out getting arrangements made to recieve the truck. The carrier and I worked everything out and I got my truck 3.28.

As for this broker company. I immediately had my card cancelled and filed a dispute claim with my bank. I am sending the bank all required information to dispute the claim, My emails and phone call of not using the company nor signing contract.

*VERY UNETHICAL, HARD-UP PEOPLE WHO DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY BEWARE*
