My driver went poaching with my car in wyoming and got arrested. Car ends up in impounding lot!

I've had the most nightmarish experience with this company. I was given a quote of $849 to transport my Saturn car from Georgia to Washington. They take a $175 deposit and the driver comes 4 days late after giving some lousy excuse. The driver sounds drunk everytime, even on voice mail. And he comes at 12:30 AM at night to collect car after giving a lot of trouble.
5 days later I get a call from a Deputy in Wyoming telling me that the driver used my car and went poaching and is in jail. He killed an antelope and put it in the backseat of my car. I am told by the Deputy that my car is in an impounding lot in Wyoming and that my car cannot be released since it is being used as evidence in the case. I called up All American Transport and they have the cheek to say that its not their problem. They will just refund my deposit and do nothing more. I am planning to sue them. Absolutely crazy company. Please Please don't transport with them.
