Scam Company Military Beware......

First off this company started out good as any would expect, they gave me a date for pick-up and a drop-off, everything was koesher. Until I recieve a phone call from one of the carriers a day prior to picking up my vehicle.....correction not even a full day more like 13 hours telling me that they wont be able to come on base to pick-up my vehicle and that I needed to drive it off-base to meet them. Hold on I'm paying you said amount of dollars to transport my vehicle and I have to bring it to you........well there excuse was they didn't have clearance to get on base as anyone in military knows its just a simple phone call to allow some one on base. THAT SIMPLE!! Not only that they have another excuse I withheld operating capablities of my vehicle hmmmmm.....your web site only ask two things operational or non-my car runs maybe not great but it runs. I call their office leaving them a message to call me back asap, i give them that they contacted me in a timely manner between 6-7 the next morning yea the date of my pick-up. They tell me that i lied about my vehicle and i lied about my address now WHY WOULD I DO THAT IF I NEED MY VEHICLE SHIPPED?? Not only that the so called deposit you're susposed to pay the day of pick-up yea they got that hmmm......two days early lying about you pay when the carrier is sent to your house for pick-up now 150 dollars is just floating in cyberspace apperantly straight for their account for a job they never did o yea trust me i asked for a refund excuse 1 million 12 its your fault and i dont get a refund. TO ALL WHO SHALL READ THE POST DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YES THEY QUOTE CHEAPER ITS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE PAY THE EXTRA DOLLARS AND FIND SOMEONE WHO IS BETTER QUALIFIED.
