Peter told me everything I wanted to hear. The shipper he used called the pick-up person at 3:00am in the morning. He was told not to call until at least 8:00am. I was verbally told by Peter that they would pick-up on Wenesday, which they did and that they would deliver on Friday. I said great, I got am E-mail stating estimated delivery now Saturday. They showed up the next day knowing they were 2 full days early and not calling till they arrived. They made claims that they could not deliver to my door because of road signs saying that branches were hanging to low then that their were road signs stating no trucks allowed. I live in this area when I tried to explain to them that they were going to wrong way they started to argue with me I have lived in this area for over thirty years. Peter refused to anwser my calls after recieving my first one. Sherry in customer service is usless, she knows who buttering her bread. I had to leave work early and pay the transporter an extra $150.00 for holding up a sippment that was two days early. DO NOT USE THIS TRANSPORTER.
