Sam communicated well with us from the beginning and through-out the process. He followed through with all of our questions calling promptly. The process happened exactly liked he said it would. This is the first time we've shipped a car and we had to leave our car in another state while we moved. Sam was very professional as was the driver. Our car arrived on time and in great shape. I would use this company again.
