Mr. Holding,
We are sorry you feel this way but it is not that we have not been able to find their insurance information for you. We have a copy of your delivery inspection report with your brothers signature that says the car was received damage free. (which is available to anyone reading this upon request) You cannot call us 3 weeks after your car has been delivered to say there is damage and you want us to pay for it. Filing a fraudulent insurance claim is a serious offense. Any insurance company will tell you the same thing.
