I was so frustrated with the two previous companies I tried working with. From being given the run around, being lied to, trying to take my deposit, trying to scam more money out of me, being cussed at!!Thats when i found Val, after about a month of working with the other people. Time and money wasted. Ha. She gave me the run down of the ins and outs of how the industry works. Anyway, I wasn't charged a deposit till she got me an actual ship date. She let me know everything I needed to know and what I would expect next in the process. Val made the whole process so simple and stress free. She was there whenever I had a question and was prompt about it. I was very pleased with Val and this company and how they run things. Like how it should be run! I also have to mention, the driver Jeff was great as well!! He and I communicated almost everyday to get an update and the ETA on the car. He had a thick country accent and I really got a kick out of his sense of humor. Needless to say, I got my car finally. Thank you Val for being honest with me and for making this possible. I'm only upset I didn't work with her first, then maybe I could've saved myself the drama that I had to deal with before her.
