Regretfully the pick up was delayed, Keith discovered the reason, shared it with me and kept in touch to show he was trying to make it work. While some of my neighbors were frustrated by lack of communications, I was kept informed, so when I got word that the pick up was scheduled, I shared the news with one of those frustrated indivduals, who picked up the phone and called Keith. His good service got All American Transport another client whose car was actually delivered a day before mine.
Once pick up scheduled, both pick up and delivery were seamless......Thank you!
