I had my husbands car shipped across the country last month. I had called a few other auto shipper companies, even going as far as making arrangements with one of them, but finally chose All American due to Keith's customer service, promptness, and concern about my particular situation. I was apprehensive about using ANY auto transport company as I was not with my vehicle (among other things), but Keith reassured me and addressed all of my concerns honestly and thoroughly. There was a time constraint with my situation, and he responded to my panic with professionalism and concern. I will be using this company again (we are military) as well as recommending them to anyone who is in need of their services. The ONLY complaint I have, which is trivial considering, is that the carrier had a very cranky receptionist. That being said, they also delivered our car days earlier than expected so they get a strong endorsement in spite of her customer service.
