In October 2012, my husband & I relocated from Utah to Ohio and needed to have our Infiniti G-37XS Infiniti shipped from point of origin to point of destination. I worked with Byron Taplin at American Transport to make this happen. He explained the process to me, obtained quotes for both enclosed and open transportation and then scheduled the actual pick up/delivery with the driver. He found a driver willing to pick up my vehicle at my home in Utah, transport it on the back of an enclosed trailer and then deliver it to my mother's address in Ohio for $1,200. He said it would take approximately 5-7 days and that it would cost $300 up front and $900 upon delivery. I booked the transport. At the last minute, I had to take my husband to the ER so I couldn't be at my home for the pick up of my vehicle as originally planned. I contacted Byron that morning, explained the situation and he worked with the driver to reschedule the pick up time which ended up being the very next day.

Byron did a great job & I'd highly recommend him to anyone for their future transport needs. He was professional at all times, prompt in communicating with me and made what could have been a painful experience a very smooth one. Thanks, Byron!
