Bob at All American made shipping my car cross-country an absolute no-brainer. I had lots of questions about the exact details of the shipment, since I had never done it before, and he answered everything thoroughly and in a timely manner. After the scheduled drop-off, he emailed to ask how it went. I really appreciated his customer service efforts, and would use All American again.
