Vivian was very professional and easy to deal with. She was courteous, prompt and responsive. I had an unpleasant experience with another broker who significantly raised the price originally quoted but Vivian assured me their price was firm and fair, and they would adjust their commission if they had to pay a driver any more than they were offering. When I called and Vivian was unavailable, another customer support person was able to immediately answer my question. The only slight glitch was the pickup time....the driver was an hour late-I don't think he knew how bad Friday afternoon traffic in LA can be. It was a little inconvenient as I had to arrange for another person to be there to sign the bill of lading and deliver the vehicle. Overall, everything turned out fine and I would not hesitate to use this company in the future.
