I had heard some nitemarish stories about shipping a vehicle So with tongue in cheek I asked for quotes. All American Auto Transport, Inc, was not the lowest price quote, but far from the highest quote I received. I felt comfortable dealing with Mike from the very beginning.
I dealt with Mike, the senior sales rep. He was explicit on what I had to do, we set a date for pick up, and told me I would be contacted in advance by the driver on the time, day and date of pick up.
I received a call the day before the vehicle was to be picked up by a gentleman by the name of Gatei, ( I hope the spelling is correct), this man was a pleasure. He was in contact with me several times during the day of pick up. He was right on time at the meeting place. (The rig could not fit into my condo complex. so we met at a convenient location for the rig).We inspected the vehicle, He loaded the it using great caution, (the car is in mint condition), he explained what he was doing and why he was doing it.
He was in contact with my son at the drop off point 24 hours before the estimated time of arrival, again was in contact several times during the day of scheduled drop off. Upon arrival, he and my son re inspected the car, and he was on his way.
I was very pleased with the service, and courtesy my son and I received. I would not hesitate to use this company again especilly if all of their reps are like Gatei.
