Our company contacted the carrier AUS Auto Transport in regard to this damage claim. They faxed us a copy of the condition report showing prior damage to the bumper of Mr. Robinson's vehicle at the pick up. Mr. Robinson's father at delivery signed off on the condition report that there were no additional damage.
We did everything to help Mr. Robinson even having the president of our company contact ASU Auto Transport to make sure that they were handling this situation in a professional manner.
The condition of this vehicle was clearly noted, and Mr. Robinson contacted us days after this was delivered with a clean bill of lading at delivery signed by his father. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
