I am writing to let you know how extremely satisfied I am with the level of customer service that your company provided my family and I. In particular, I would like to recognize Charlotte Makhoul on how well she treated me. It felt like I was her only customer because she was always cheerful, helpful and accessible. The transporters were also a pleasure to deal with. They were able to pick up the vehicles where it was most convenient for us and deliver them earlier than expected.

My family has moved four times in the last 6 1/2 years, but this was our only experience doing it on our own, so it was a very stressful time for us, but somehow Charlotte always seemed to keep me smiling. You should feel fortunate to have someone like her who is committed to providing customers with excellent service. She was truly a pleasant surprise and I appreciate her willingness to help make the transportation of our vehicles a smooth process. It's not often you find people in the service industry who are as kind, considerate, and competent as Charlotte Makhoul and the transporters.

Thank you very much for a job well done, and a job done with care and concern. If ever we need the services of an auto transport service, we'll certainly call on All America Auto Transport.
