This company provided me with excellent customer service from the time I first contacted them till my car was delivered. Since this was my first experience in using this kind of service, the Transport Coordinator was very good in explaining the entire process to me. My vehicle was picked up within 7 days when I first contacted the company and within one day of the expected pick-up date. When the vehicle whicle was originally scheduled to pick up my car had technical problems, this company made special arrangements to have my car picked up by another carrier, the very same day, so that the delivery could be made on time. I was very impressed by this level of service. The trucker who delivered my car was equally customer friendly and their was no damage to my vehicle. The delivery was made exactly on time and on the date as stated in the contract. I could not have asked for anything better. I would recommend this company to anybody who is looking for great dependable service.
