All American got me truck within 3 days of my signing the contract and the delivery from VA to CA was at eight days (estimated to be 8-12 days). All American subcontracted to Pioneer, who also had very attentive dispatchers and drivers/delivery. In fact, the Pioneer deliveryman off-loaded the car and drove it to my house, whereupon I only had to drive him back to his nearby truck. All American's Mike never washed his hands of my order once they received the down payment. He emailed all the info for Pioneer and sent several emails asking me how the process was moving along. For first time users of auto transport companies, make sure you conduct a thorough and documented damage inspection of your car at the pickup and delivery point, to include using digital pictures. I am not claiming any damage on this move, but just passing along some advice over my several times moving my cars across country.
