in anticipation of my return to Massachusetts from New Mexico, I checked out 3-4 brokers and initially chose Able Auto Transport because of their low quote. I was given a window of 4 days for pick up and my car sat for two weeks after that date.....customer service with Able was poor and frustrating...I was given several excuses for their inability to get a carrier to pick up my car, including escalating gas prices, carriers going out of business, an excessive demand for cars coming out of the west coast, yaadaa, yaadaa. they even encouraged me to go with another service. And, they came across as unconcerned about my car sitting on the street for two weeks. So, after exploring the options and speaking with Mike at this company, I chose to pay $300+ more which reflected the REALITY of the gas prices, truck routes, etc. My car was assigned a carrier and I got a call from the driver the very next morning. My car was delivered 6 days later in good condition and customer service was outstanding. DO NOT GO WITH ABLE AUTO!!!! This is the company that'll truly deliver!!! Relocating is stressful enough....you don't need to add to the aggravation.
