I shipped my mother's 1998 Grand Marquis with 22000 miles on it. The car is in mint condition and I was concerned about using an auto shipper after reading some of the reviews on this website. Fortunately, I was pleasantly surprised by the concern and courtesy displayed by Mike of AAAT. The cash price was a firm $545. I paid a $200 deposit and the balance upon delivery by cashier's check. (Other companies I considered had fine print in their contracts stating the price may vary due to fuel costs.) During the entire process I was able to contact Mike or the transport company to get my questions answered.

The AAAT contact, Mike, was always available via phone or email. Once the vehicle was assigned to a transport company Mike sent me the driver's contact information. Mike continually contacted me to make sure things were going smoothly. He told me there would be a 3-day window for pickup and the vehicle was picked up within this time frame. The driver was respectful of our time and told us specifically when the vehicle would be picked up. The transport time estimate was also accurate. I was told it would take 5 or 6 days for the car to get to Florida and it took 6. The delivery driver called with the estimated delivery time. We met him at a local Sam's Club parking lot, inspected the vehicle, paid the driver, and that was that.

One minor complaint though is that the vehicle was quite dirty. There were grease smudges on the body and mud in the fender wells. I gave it a good washing and the car looked fine, no damage.
