This customer was not yelled at our treated poorly. We calmly told her that we did not have a carrier lined up yet and that she had made her vehicle available for transport just 1 day ago. We told her that it could take up to 3 or 4 more days to schedule a carrier. She called us multiple times with the same questions which we responded to with the same answers. We gave her an option to drop off her daughters car at the terminal, however she choose to cancel after 1 day of the vehicle being available to transport.
We are sorry she felt so upset to write us a negative review, but we certainly didn't guarantee a 1 day window when we quoted her for the transport. We wish her the best of luck with her new company.
