I called and requested a pick for my vehicle in New Orleans, La. I informed Mike that the vehicle was not in running condition. I was informed that a carrier suitable for that type of pick nup would be sent within na few days of my arrival in New Orleans. I had to leave before it arrived but, everything was taken care of, in my absence, by the driver and my nephew. My van was delivered to my home in Massachusetts sooner than I expected. Everything was totally satisfactory. I would happily use the services of All America Auto Transporters again.
