This company had my booking for over 6 weeks and never picked up my car. They knew I was flying out on May 29th and they had my booking and payment on April 10th. When it got down to the wire and I had not heard from them, I kept calling but could not get any kind of answer as to when my car would be picked up. Not only that, they were ugly and nasty over the phone and then just kept hanging up on me.. I was flying out on Sunday AM and as of Friday late afternoon they wouldn't talk to me and had not picked up my car. I was saved by BullsEye Transport. Use either StreamLine or BullsEye. They came to my rescue and were simply wonderful.

The customer did place her order 6 weeks in advance, but never told us that she needed to have the car picked up on one specific day. She did not pay for specific date pick up, nor did she indicate on here paper work that she was leaving the day after her first date available. We tell all our customers that we need at least a 1 to 4 day window to setup and coordinate the pick up, but sometimes it does take longer. She kept calling us about when we were picking up her car. We told her that we didn't have anyone scheduled at the time and that it would take a few days to determine which trucking company was shipping her car and when. We gave her numerous options as to shipping the car as quickly as possible, but she was adamant about having it picked up the same day she made it available. She then decided to cancel her order. Being that we had only had her car on our list for one day, we decided to not charge her a cancellation fee.
