Customer service for first time user

In layman terms YOU ARE THE MAN! Actually in all seriousness you and All America Auto have made me a believer in the mist of all the negative comments about transport companies.

Honestly I was a little nervous considering all the companies that called when I inquired about transporting my classic car online.

Many did not call back or they were extremely short on the phone not wanting to answer questions for a first time user like myself or they wanted money asap without giving me more details about the when and how of the pick up and delivery.

You however took the time to explain the system and did not pressure me to take your offer, to my surprise you even said feel free to check the others out and ASK these types of questions i.e. how long have they been in business? Does my car have wait until the trailer is full etc…I thought Wow this guy really believes in his product, so why shouldn’t I with all the information he just gave?

The car was picked up and delivered exactly as you stated. The driver at Diamond express was extremely helpful (David) and extremely careful with my car. He appeared to treat it as if it were his own. Forgive me as I can’t remember the dispatchers name but she was very nice and informative of every step the driver was making and kept me in the loop as to a location for drop off.

This was my first experience but definitely NOT my last. You have just acquired a loyal customer because you not only did what you said but the kind service and patience you offered for a first time user made the difference. Companies need to remember some of us have no idea when it comes to transport businesses what to do.

This was a prime opportunity for a bad transport company to rake me over the coals (NEW and no knowledge) but not you and AAAT; you took the time to explain and educate me with great service and never made false promises even when I asked if I could get the car sooner.
